Neurostructural Integration Technique

Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) uses gentle movements to activate your muscles and tissue and stimulate healing. NST successfully relieves back, neck, shoulder, wrist, knee and ankle pain. Our therapists have effectively used NST to help with migraines, sinusitis, infertility, acute and chronic pain, menstrual problems and digestive complaints.

Developed in Australia by Dr. Michael Nixon Livy, this therapy begins with you being placed into a deep state of relaxation. Our therapists then apply gentle movements to the injured tissue and muscles to stimulate circulation and realign your body. This process triggers your nervous system to reconnect and communicate with your body more effectively, resulting in reduced pain.

NST does not use force and most clients are surprised how minimal movements can trigger such a reduction in pain and an increase in mobility. While one treatment offers effective benefits, a series of treatments provides long lasting and remarkable results.
